1. The structured path: front to back, complete each sections dedicated page, when due, in order, a full 60-day transformation.
2. The pick-a-page path: for the ADHD brains and the girls who've never finished a journal. Open it anywhere, do the page that calls you. Guided enough that you're never staring at a blank page — never so much it feels like homework.

We are open 10-3pm (awst) Monday-Friday, however hours do differ during this time.

No, and that's the whole point. Every page is undated, so you can start any day of the year, skip a week, and pick it straight back up. There is no "behind."

Honestly, there's no right or wrong, pick what fits your vibe. However, we did structure & plan these colourways to fit three specific phases along a womans journey.
The Becoming (cream) is the foundation chapter — for starting.
The Dreamer (lilac) is the expansion — for scripting bigger.
The Powerhouse (black) is the embodiment — for the woman who runs her own life.
Can't choose? The Trio exists for exactly this reason — six months, all three chapters. -
