We are aware you would like to get your orders fast, and we will work to the best of our ability to have your order shipped as soon as possible!

We are a 2 woman show (one only part time) working to the best of our ability to fulfil orders as fast as we can! (Current processing time: 7-10 business days)

if you purchase an order packing video - orders will take longer to process. 

We are open 10-3pm (awst) Monday-Friday, however hours do differ during this time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming your Tracking Number.

Crystals only come on a display stand IF the product title states "on stand". Otherwise, stands are sold individually due to personal preference. If you wish to purchase a stand alongside your piece go here to find all of our current available options!

All crystals and natural stones sold by Stones of Virtue are sourced directly from Mother Earth and are unique by nature. As such, each piece may carry natural inclusions such as chips, indents, rough surface patches, or texture variations, these characteristics are what make your crystal one of a kind and are not considered faults or damage. Certain crystals may contain mineral inclusions that cannot always be fully polished, resulting in natural surface variations. Where possible, these characteristics will be visible in listing images. By purchasing from Stones of Virtue, you acknowledge and accept that natural inclusions and surface imperfections are inherent to natural stones and do not constitute damage or grounds for a refund outside of our Refund Policy.
