Will my crystal come with a stand?

Crystals only come on a display stand IF the product title states "on stand". Otherwise, stands are sold individually due to personal preference. If you wish to purchase a stand alongside your piece go here to find all of our current available options!

How long will it take to process my order?

Processing time is typically 5–7 business days. As a one-woman show juggling business and motherhood (with two little ones at home), I currently work three dedicated days per week. I put a lot of care into each package, so while it may take a little longer than a big warehouse, I promise it’s worth the wait.
Can you pack my order on TikTok?

Yes! If you’d love to see your order featured in a TikTok packing video, just add the “100% guaranteed tiktok packaging” option to your cart before checking out. We’ll make sure to capture your order being picked with care and feature it on our page.
What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or returns. Crystals are delicate, one-of-a-kind pieces, and we do not offer change of mind returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, please reach out right away — we’ll work with you to make it right.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey. Shipping times vary depending on your location, so keep an eye on those updates for the most accurate info.

Yes — every crystal we sell is 100% genuine and authentic. Each piece is carefully sourced from trusted suppliers and chosen for its beauty, quality, and energy. Crystals are natural creations of the earth, so no two will ever look exactly the same — that’s what makes each one unique.
Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes! We offer an Open Box system so you can continue shopping without paying for shipping every time. Here’s how it works:

  • Place your first order and use the code OPENBOX at checkout. This keeps your order open.
  • You can then place as many additional orders as you’d like, also using OPENBOX. We’ll hold them all together.
  • When you’re ready for everything to be shipped, place your final order with the code CLOSEBOX. We’ll pack up all your treasures into one shipment and send them your way.
  • If you haven't reached $150 minimum for free shipping, you will also be billed for shipping costs if you haven't already paid any BEFORE your order is shipped out.
