It means the piece you receive won't be the exact one in the photo, but it will be one I've chosen for you.

With worry stones and flat stones, every piece is cut and polished the same way, so they're consistent in size and shape. What varies is the pattern, the colour and the little details, and honestly that's the good part.

So instead of listing every single one separately, I go through the box myself when your order comes in and pick which one is going to you. I'm looking at the pattern, the colouring, the shape, basically, which one I'd want if this parcel was turning up at my house.

I quality check all crystals before they leave the shop.

We are aware you would like to get your orders fast, and we will work to the best of our ability to have your order shipped as soon as possible!

Discount Codes & Open Box Shipping

Open Box. An Open Box allows you to place multiple orders over a period of time which we hold and dispatch together as a single parcel, so postage is charged once rather than on every order.

CLOSEBOX code. The CLOSEBOX discount code exists solely to remove shipping charges at checkout for customers with an active Open Box. It is not a public free-shipping offer. Use of this code is limited to customers who have an Open Box registered with us, and is non-transferable.

Free shipping threshold. Shipping on an Open Box is free only where the combined value of the box reaches $150 AUD or more. Where a box is closed below $150, standard postage applies and will be invoiced prior to dispatch.

Ineligible use. Where CLOSEBOX (or any discount code) is applied to an order by a customer who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to: (a) invoice the customer for the shipping cost that would otherwise have applied, and hold the order until payment is received; or (b) cancel the order and issue a full refund. Orders will not be dispatched until any outstanding postage is paid.

Code eligibility is verified before dispatch. Discount codes relating to open & close boxes may be voided, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming your Tracking Number.

As such, each piece may carry natural inclusions such as chips, indents, rough surface patches, or texture variations, these characteristics are what make your crystal one of a kind and are not considered faults or damage. Certain crystals may contain mineral inclusions that cannot always be fully polished, resulting in natural surface variations. Where possible, these characteristics will be visible in listing images. By purchasing from Stones of Virtue, you acknowledge and accept that natural inclusions and surface imperfections are inherent to natural stones and do not constitute damage or grounds for a refund outside of our Refund Policy.
