1. Membership & Eligibility

To become a member you MUST sign up, your level is automatic once you reach the required spend level within a 12-month period.
Tiers are based on your total spend:
Agate Apprentice – $50
Quartz Queen – $500
Topaz Temptress – $1000
Sapphire Sage – $2000
Diamond Deity – $3000

Your tier status is valid for 12 months from the date you qualify.

2. Earning & Redeeming Points

Points (GEMS) are earned per $1 spent as outlined in your tier.
Multipliers (e.g., 2x, 3x, 4x GEMS) only apply during launch night promotions.
Points can be redeemed for rewards but cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions unless otherwise stated.

3. Early Access & VIP Benefits

Early access times (10 minutes – 1 hour depending on tier) apply to both sales and launches.
The Crystal Vault is exclusive to Quartz, Topaz, Sapphire, and Diamond tiers via VIP pages on Facebook and Instagram.
Birthday & Anniversary vouchers are issued once per year and are valid for 30 days from the date sent.

4. Virtue Circle Quarterly Mystery Boxes

Mystery Boxes are sent out every quarter once you reach Quartz level and above.
To receive your box, you MUST place at least one order within the qualifying quarter - your box will be sent with your order once the quarter has starter. 
first quarter starts: October 2025.

5. Free Express Shipping

Available from Topaz level and above.

Thresholds apply:
Topaz: Orders over $200
Sapphire: Orders over $150
Diamond: All orders

6. Discounts

Sapphire members receive 5% off orders.
Diamond members receive 10% off orders.
*Discounts cannot be stacked with reward redemptions or other promotions*.

7. General Conditions

Benefits and rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Stones of Virtue reserves the right to update or change the program, including benefits, at any time.
Misuse of the program or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of membership.
