Heulandite is a delicate zeolite mineral formed in the gas cavities of basalt lava flows. It often appears in association with stilbite and other zeolites, creating shimmering pastel crystal sprays. Due to its softness and perfect cleavage, it is fragile and typically found in collector specimens rather than jewellery. Carved forms, like hearts, are made from more compact deposits.
